Exploration on the Ways of Integrating Chinese Traditional Culture into English Teaching
摘要
Nowadays, English is a common language in the world and is also an important course. Students can improve their language literacy and ability by learning English. However, the current situation of English textbooks in the pursuit of using original English materials as learning content makes English culture widely spread, while China 's excellent traditional culture seems to be backward. Therefore, integrating traditional culture into English teaching has become a new direction of teaching English. This paper discusses the importance of inheriting and carrying forward Chinese traditional culture in English classroom, and explores the ways and methods for English teachers to better integrate teaching with it.
