摘要

從中共對AI技術發展脈絡的觀察、指導與應用，凸顯其技術正應用於「無人飛行載具」（UAV）的發展中，為其國防現代化的重要內容。據此，所形成的特、弱點與影響，主在說明中共機械化、信息化與智能化發展關係，並認知AI技術在軍事領域應用的侷限性，但仍相互推進，欲向「智能化武器裝備」現代化邁進，並結合「軍民融合」發展戰略，以達「軍事智能化」，贏得戰略制高點。就可觀察的面向檢視，中共UAV發展的多樣性，已成為陸、海、空軍與火箭軍立體戰力的一部分，對於我國防衛作戰威脅甚鉅。

On the basis of observation, guidance and application of CCP's ＂artificial intelligence＂( AI), it is highlighted that the technology is being used in the development of ＂unmanned aerial vehicles＂ (UAV) and is an important part of modernization of national defense. The strengths, weaknesses, and influences gathered show the developmental relationship among the mechanization, informatization and intellectualization of the CCP, and recognize the limitations of the application of AI technology in the military. However, they are still advancing with each other, and aiming to move towards the modernization of ＂intelligent weaponry＂ as well as combining with the strategy of ＂military- civilian integration＂ to achieve ＂military intelligence＂ and gain the strategic vantage point. In terms of observable aspects, the diversity of the CCP's UAV development has become a part of the three-dimensional combat capabilities of its army, navy, air force and rocket force, which is posing serious threats against our defense.
