探討都市綠覆率對微氣候下熱環境舒適度之影響

Exploring the influence of urban green coverage on thermal environmental amenity under microclimate

摘要


快速的都市化帶來便利的現代生活方式,然而卻造成熱島效應。規劃實務上多透過都市綠化設計,以降溫緩解熱島效應。過去之研究也多針對蒸發散冷卻之降溫單一因素效果進行探討,較少針對蒸發散作用對熱環境舒適性評估。本研究企圖探討在不同氣候情境下,亞熱帶都市之綠覆率對於熱環境舒適度影響。為探討都市規劃中綠覆率情形,本研究應用衛星遙測數據將影像資料網格化,並計算歸一化差異植被指數(NDVI)界定其綠覆率程度。透過氣象局與國小氣象站之數據,分析不同氣象情境下計算都市規劃之熱舒適度。在地理資訊系統(GIS)中,對都市綠覆率與氣象情境之熱舒適度關連性,進行空間套疊統計分析。並針對都市規劃中不同土地使用的型態之綠覆率與熱舒適度之關係,統計分析定義都市綠覆程度於熱環境舒適度之影響。研究顯示,氣象情境的不同會造成都市綠覆率對熱環境熱舒適度差異性影響。針對未來都市規劃提供熱舒適度影響之適用規劃參考。都市綠覆率與環境熱舒適性有緊密關聯,高綠覆率區域藉由植栽蒸發散冷卻達到降溫效果,然而高綠覆率的規劃在亞熱帶環境中,其熱焓能量卻嚴重降低熱舒適度,產生諸多環境熱點。都市高綠覆率在高溫高濕氣候情境下,顯然不是最恰當的規劃策略,在都市綠化設計時,需謹慎考量。

Rapid urbanization brings a convenient modern lifestyle; however, it caused heat island effect. Planning practice is mostly through urban afforestation design to cool down the heat island effect. In the past, the research also focused on the single factor effect of evapotranspiration cooling and less focused on the evaluation of thermal environment comfort under evapotranspiration cooling. This study attempts to explore the impact of green coverage on thermal environment comfort in subtropical cities under different climate conditions. In order to explore the green coverage rate in urban planning, this study applied satellite telemetry data to grid image data, and calculated the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) to define its green coverage rate. Analyze the thermal comfort of urban planning in different meteorological situations through the data of the Weather Bureau and the weather stations of elementary school. In the Geographic Information System (GIS), doing Spatial Statistics Analysis and Overlay Analysis with the urban green coverage rate and the thermal comfort association of meteorological situation. In urban planning, using Statistical Analysis to define the relationship between the green coverage rate and the thermal comfort of different land-use patterns. Studies have shown that differences in meteorological conditions can cause differences in the thermal comfort of urban green coverage rate. To the future urban planning, providing applicable planning reference for the thermal comfort impacts. Urban green coverage rate is closely related to environmental thermal comfort. High-green coverage area achieves cooling effect by planting evaporative cooling. However, high green coverage planning's enthusiasm energy severely reduces thermal comfort and creates many environmental hot spots in the subtropical environment. The urban high green coverage rate is obviously not the most appropriate planning strategy in the high temperature and high humidity climate situation. In urban greening design, it should be carefully.
