我國經濟發展的展望與策略

並列摘要

It is often best to be a small country, which must be able to adapt to world development trends. Two of the main such trends at present are globalization and the equalization of world factor prices. To avoid being marginalized, Taiwan should focus on the increasingly knowledge-based production of goods that developing countries are unable to produce, as well as improving its non-tradable goods sector. It also needs to place emphasis on speeding up infrastructural development and optimizing industrial clustering, while at the same time developing industries that support a knowledge-based economy and enhance the quality of life.
