以無線射頻辨識技術為基礎之遠距醫療應用系統

摘要


本論文將實作一個以無線射頻辨識技術為基礎之網頁認證系統於遠距醫療照護應用。為了避免使用者所登入遠距系統之帳號密碼被駭客破解,造成帳號被盜用及冒用等情況,本系統於使用者登入階段時導入一個RFID認證機制,除了可避免帳號遭人盜用提升系統安全性外,也能避免存放於遠距醫療系統中之資料遭受惡意竄改及偽造等情況致使醫生及病患之權益遭受損失。此外,本遠距醫療照護系統之好處能讓病患無需親自到院,自行在家即可將每日例行所量測之生理數據上傳至遠距醫療系統,特別適用行動不便、罹患慢性病、及居住偏遠地區等病患。最後,醫生也無需到院即可隨時隨地登入遠距醫療系統,診斷病患所自行上傳之生理數據後,於遠距醫療系統中輸入針對此病患之醫療建議,供病患日後自行登入遠距醫療系統查看了解,以實現真正遠距醫療照護服務之目的。

In this paper, we propose a RFID-based remote user authentication system for telemedicine. The proposed system consists of three participants, including: patients, doctors and a system administrator. Our proposed system is based on RFID technique and we design many useful functions for enhancing the quality of services in telemedicine. For example, provision of conveniences for patients to daily upload their physical conditions in telemedicine system, provision of conveniences for doctors to remotely check patients' physical conditions and give them medical advices immediately. Finally, after passing the verification by our RFID-based authentication mechanisms, the patients can login to the system to check their medical advices from doctors.
