Crisis Preparedness: A Study of Crisis Management Plan in the Organisation

摘要

The degree of organization facing crisis and preparedness is in an inverse ratio. In order to distinguish between organizations with or without crisis preparedness, it is necessary to understand the overall view of crisis management. An organization with crisis preparedness will take not only production system in consideration but potential destruction system as well. They have thought of the worst situation, and find the possible ways to prevent the crisis and minimize its damage. In this paper, the key points that an organization should address seriously in crisis preparedness are studied. These include how to establish a crisis management plan; to direct its development of prevention plan; and to form a crisis management team; and the key points that the spokesperson should pay attention to.
