This study is about the effects of implementation of programming education in primary schools and junior high schools in Taipei City from 2015 to 2017. Survey Method is adopted and all the invited teachers answer the questionnaire on line. The study aims at knowing how the teachers feel when they teach and use the software and hardware tools, the feeling and achievement of students and teachers, and the assistance from school administration. We expect the results of the study can be taken into a great consideration in the future of planning and implementing the computational thinking and programming education in primary schools and junior high schools in Taipei City.
