機器學習流量分析對洋蔥路由匿蹤危害之研析

摘要


The Onion Router(Tor,洋蔥路由器)是可以實現在網路上匿名通訊的自由軟體,設計目的是提供用戶經由洋蔥路由器連接來自全球志願者所免費提供的中繼點,進而達到隱藏使用者真實位址、流量分析及避免受到網路監控,但是基於匿名性Tor已經成為惡意用戶的得意工具。實際上十分不容易追蹤到使用Tor用戶的互聯網活動,這也是Tor的使用本意在於保護用戶的隱私與自由以及不受監控下進行保密通信能力的原因。另外,惡意用戶可能會發起DDoS之類的相關性攻擊或身分盜用。因此為了預防這類行為,需要檢測Tor網路中的入侵以及預測Tor網路中用戶的行為。本文將討論其他學者之相關論文,探討出如何使用機器學習預測用戶在Tor上的行為,保護使用者的安全。

The Onion Router (Tor) is a free software that enables anonymous communication over the Internet. It is designed to provide users with a relay node that is freely available from volunteers around the world via Tor to hide the user's real address, traffic analysis and avoiding network monitoring. But based on anonymity, Tor has become a useful tool for malicious users. In fact, it is very difficult to track the Internet activities using Tor users. This is why Tor is intended to protect user's privacy, freedom, and ability to communicate securely without supervision. In addition, malicious users may attacks such as DDoS or identity theft. Therefore, in order to prevent such behavior, it is necessary to detect intrusions in the Tor network and predict the behavior of users in the Tor network. This article will discuss papers from other scholars and how to use machine learning to predict user behavior on Tor, protecting user security.
