論中國大陸「中國製造2025」對美國之衝擊
On the Impact of ＂Made in China 2025＂ on the U.S.
摘要
美國在冷戰後所形成的霸權地位，在中國大陸「崛起」後似乎受到了挑戰，世界情勢也因此儼然形成兩大國所形塑的「雙極世界」態樣。當兩國不斷藉由貿易手段，彼此傾軋、制衡的同時，美國於世界的領導地位，是否可能因此而「分享」？本文試圖從「中國製造2025」出發，以分析法為本，從文獻及現況進行歸納分析，探討「中國製造2025」對於美國所產生的衝擊，及大陸未來以提升製造業，進而挑戰美國的優劣勢思考，並得出大陸應無法在短期內取代美國，成為世界中的領導角色。

American hegemony formed after the Cold War has seemingly been challenged since the rise of China. A world of bipolarity gradually emerged with a narrow gap of comprehensive power between the U.S. and China. Is it possible that the U.S. dominating leadership will be shared by China? The discussion in the study starts from ＂Made in China 2025＂. On the basis of content analysis, we analyze literatures & current situation and explore the strengths, weakness, and impact of ＂Made in China 2025＂ on the U.S. From the findings, it is observed that China may not replace the U.S. as the leading great power in the word in the near future.
