中学华语文教学与学生语文素养:以马来西亚独中华文课程与教学为例

摘要


随着世界教育改革的深化发展,国际组织和一些国家地区相继在教育领域提出培养国民“核心素养”的概念,以确保教育目标的落实,促进教育质量的提升。当前,“核心素养”已成为中小学学科课程与教学的“核心概念”,特别是学科课程目标制定之基础,以据此作为课程研制、课程设计、课程实施、教学评价的导向。就中学华语文学科课程教学来说,其总体目标的设计着眼于学生语文素养的形成与发展。所谓“语文素养”,概括来说,就是对语文有长久的修养和训练,是指学生在语文方面表现出的比较稳定的、最基本的、适应时代发展要求的学识、能力、技艺和情感态度价值观等,具有工具性和人文性统一的丰富内涵。本论文即以马来西亚独中华文学科为例,从课程基本理念、课程的性质与地位、课程目标、课程研制、教材建设、课程实施、教学评价诸领域,重点论述中学华语文教学如何致力于学生语文素养的培养与提升。

Following the spread of education reform throughout the world, international organizations and many countries have put forward the concept of "key competencies" to ensure that the objectives of education may be achieved and the quality of education be improved. These key competencies have become core concepts in the curriculum and teaching in primary and secondary schools. The objectives of each subject are to form the basis in the design, implementation and assessment of teaching. In the teaching of Mandarin in secondary schools, the principal objective is placed on the improvement of language literacy. Language literacy involves the long-term training in the language, and to help students to learn basic and adaptable abilities to acquire knowledge, skills and values that serve practical purposes and rich in humanistic qualities. With reference to the Chinese language subject in Malaysia Chinese Independent Secondary Schools, this study will focus on the curriculum, the nature and status, objectives, curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation to examine the teaching of Mandarin to foster and upgrade students' language literacy.
