應用萃思改善呼吸器密閉式T型閥預防院內感染之設計

Applying TRIZ to Improve Nebulizer Closed T-piece Prevention Design of Nosocomial Infections

摘要


呼吸道感染病患,透過霧化器治療,在添加藥劑中易造成二個問題:1.管路反覆拆裝,增加外源性感染問題。2.無法保持管路完整性及穩定管內壓力,導致呼吸器肺傷害等不良後遺症。針對上述兩個問題,透過萃思方法之技術、物理矛盾法則歸納以分離、彈性膜與薄膜、預防、中間物質、可抛棄、改變有害成為有用等原則,以解決外源性感染與管內壓力不穩定性,保持管路完整性。本研究發明封閉式T型閥,增加活動栓設計,控制管路開閉,阻斷感染鏈,降低病患與醫護人員接觸、交叉感染風險;減少反覆拆裝,保持管路之穩定性,避免管內壓力驟降,造成血氧不穩,引發肺傷害等併發症,降低死亡率。

When patients with respiratory tract infection need ventilator with nebulizing therapy,open system could easily leads to two problems:1. breathing circuit repeatedly assemble and disassemble causes the increases of exogenous infection problems. 2. breathing circuit interruption of ventilation may lead to alveoli collapse and potentially hinders efforts due to unbalance lung volume maintaining. In response to these two issues, through technical contradictions and physical contradiction induction to separate, flexable shells and thin films, cushion in advance, intermediary, cheap short-living objects, blessing in disguise principles to solve exogenous infection and breathing circuit-caused by the sudden drop of respiratory tract pressure. In this paper, closed T-piece nebulize closed bolt design increased activity shutter control ventilator circuit to avoid the spread of infectious secretion and aerosol when connecting the nebulizer. Closed system to avoid atelectasis caused by the sudden drop of respiratory tract pressure when connecting the nebulizer.
