“契汉联姻”：辽代玉田韩氏婚姻考论

以第四代隶横帐季父房为分界线，辽代玉田韩氏家族的婚姻对象有了质的变化，前三代是以普通萧氏为主要联姻对象，自第四代起，韩匡嗣家族基本上只与国舅萧氏拔里氏通婚，韩匡美、韩匡胤子孙的结婚对象则逐渐以汉人世家大族为主。契丹皇族与后族是两大稳固的通婚集团，各汉人世家大族也彼此互相联姻，再通过玉田韩氏或直接或间接的联结，契丹皇族、后族与汉人世家构成一个庞大的姻亲集团，统和二十三年契丹统治者纳玉田韩氏入橫帐季父房的深层目的即在此。这个姻亲集团同时又是把持辽朝政权的政治联盟，其对于辽政权国祚昌绵的作用不可小觑。

However, from the fourth generation, Han Kuangsi (韩匡嗣) family intermarried merely with Xiao(萧氏) from the queen's family, and his brothers' descendants intermarried mainly with the aristocratic families of the Han people. The Khitan royal family and the empress family are two stable intermarriage groups, the various aristocratic families of the Han people also united by marriage. A huge in-laws group was established among the Khitan royal family, the empress family and the aristocratic families of the Han people through the direct or indirect linkage of Yutian Han family. The purpose that the Khitan Emperor brought the Yutian Han family into the royal family was to rely on it to bring the Khitan nobles and the Han aristocratic families into an alliance of in-laws. This in-laws group is also a political alliance to control the Liao regime which played a very important role in sustaining the longevity of the Liao Dynasty.
