摘要

With the aging of the population becoming more and more serious, the huge number of elderly people will bring pressure to the government and people in various aspects. In recent years, the government has begun to transform into purchasing old-age services. The study found that in the process of implementation, there were a series of problems such as unclear government personnel's rights and responsibilities, shortage of funds, and substandard service quality. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward relevant improvement suggestions.
