摘要

It is clearly pointed out in the ＜development planning outline of ＜Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ＞that building an international scientific and technological innovation center with more competitive advantages is one of the strategic objectives of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. To build an international science and technology innovation center in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, we should give full play to the comprehensive advantages of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in scientific and technological innovation and financial development, deepen the cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, form a development model with coordinated innovation as the main support, and further enhance the leading role of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in national economic development and scientific and technological innovation. With the introduction of national strategic deployment and planning, the research on the development of science and technology finance in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has attracted more and more attention from the academic community. More and more experts and scholars believe that the integration of science and technology and finance in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is inseparable from reasonable institutional arrangements.
