摘要

Heart death has been widely recognized by the public only death standard, namely through breathing and heartbeat to judge whether a person has a vital signs, and with the development of The Times, science and technology, brain death determination standards gradually entered the public view, more and more countries began to that brain death standard for death, and as the brain death legislation, also gradually introduced into our country in recent years, with the traditional standard of cardiac death, and cause public questioning and ethical thinking for brain death.
