Considering Public Facilities Projects based on Life-cycle Cost-benefit Analysis -- A Case Study of Bus Lanes in Xiying Road, Xi 'an City

摘要


Taking Xiying Road in Xi'an as an example, this paper analyzes the cost-benefit of the life cycle of public transport dedicated lanes based on cost-benefit analysis. it is learned that due to the special nature of public infrastructure, the uncertainty should be quantified as much as possible in future analysis in order to make the cost-benefit analysis provide a more scientific basis for the government.
