Research on the Impact of COVID-19 Normalized Prevention and Control on China's Human Resource Service Outsourcing Industry

摘要


The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has had a considerable impact on China's human resources service outsourcing industry. At the same time, the global epidemic has not been effectively controlled, and domestic epidemic prevention and control will also become normalized. What impact has the new crown epidemic had on China's human resource service outsourcing industry? How should the human resources outsourcing industry develop under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control? This topic comprehensively uses questionnaires, field visits, in-depth interviews and other methods to deeply analyze the impact of the new crown epidemic on the development of China's human resources outsourcing industry, and combine market demand and national policies to propose response strategies for the human resources service outsourcing industry.
