At present, China's food safety problems are becoming more and more serious, and more and more food crimes have been breeding throughout the country, which has brought great threats to the life and health safety of domestic residents. In the past decade, domestic food crimes have tended to be diversified and complex, which has put forward higher requirements for China's laws. With reference to foreign criminal laws, China can further improve the current legal system and jointly defend national food safety with the help of relevant law enforcement departments.
