Construction of Performance Evaluation System based on Balanced Scorecard-Taking Company F as an Example

摘要


Looking back on the development history of modern business performance management, Kaplan's Balanced Scorecard is undoubtedly a milestone. This paper selects F company as a case to analyze the problems of its existing performance evaluation system and uses the balanced scorecard model to propose improvement suggestions. Finally, the problems that may exist in the use of the balanced scorecard model are explained and solutions are proposed.
