Research Progress and Prospect of the New Development Paradigm Featuring Dual Circulation of Domestic and Overseas Markets

Since the domestic and overseas dual circulation was put forward, it has attracted extensive attention from domestic academic circles. At present, the academic community mainly studies the background proposed by the new development paradigm of domestic and overseas dual circulation from three aspects: domestic, overseas and the impact of COVID-19; the theoretical basis and connotation of the new development paradigm of domestic and overseas dual circulation is studied from the perspective of domestic, overseas and the relationship between the two ; Explore the significance of building a new development paradigm of domestic and overseas dual circulation to my country's economic development; analyze and explore the realization path of the new development paradigm of ＂dual circulation＂ from three aspects: domestic, overseas and domestic and overseas linkages. This paper systematically sorts out the relevant literature on the new development paradigm of ＂dual circulation＂, has a clear grasp of the development of the new development paradigm of ＂dual circulation＂, and summarizes the realization path of the new development paradigm of ＂dual circulation＂, which is the ＂14th Five-Year Plan＂ period. And for a long time in the future, it will provide a certain theoretical basis for the construction of a new development paradigm of ＂dual circulation＂ and the long-term sustainable development of my country's economy.
