摘要

In recent years, China has consistently stressed on many occasions that it will stick to the path of ecological priority, green and low-carbon development. In August, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Implementation Plan for Carbon Peak in the Industrial Sector, requiring the acceleration of green and low-carbon transformation in the industrial sector, and earnestly doing a good job in carbon peak in the industrial sector. The research group visited 20 leading private enterprises in characteristic industries in Wenzhou on the spot, and distributed 120 questionnaires, sorted out the prospects, environment, current situation and difficulties of Wenzhou enterprises' low-carbon transformation, and put forward targeted measures.
