Analysis of High Quality Economic Development in the Huai River's Ecological and Economic Belt

摘要

Starting from the strategic positioning of Huai River Ecological Economic Belt, the data of 25 cities in Huai River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2019 were selected as samples of the data, the index system was constructed and the high‐quality combined evaluation method was used to analyze the economic development of each city, and then the development efficiency of green economy in each city was measured according to the DEA model. The results show that the high‐quality development of the urban economy in in The Huai River Economic Belt varies from the east to the west and scores from high to low Some cities have great potential for green economy development in the perspective of resource utilization and ecological protection. Finally, based on the empirical results, based on the theoretical basis and historical development experience, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of water conservancy construction, ecological protection, industrial development, urbanization construction and regional linkage.
