Study on the Coupled and Coordinated Development of Rural Revitalization and Medical Care Integration in Anhui Province

摘要

Regional rural revitalization‐medical and health care integration is regarded as an open giant system with a wide range of connotations, complex structure and coupling characteristics, and the correct understanding and handling of the relationship between the three is the premise and foundation of regional sustainable development. Firstly, the evaluation system of the coupling and coordination between rural revitalization and medical and health care in Anhui Province is constructed, and the weights of the two systems are determined by using the weighted Topsis method in the evaluation of each province and city in Anhui Province. Based on the explanation of the mechanism of interaction between rural revitalization and medical and health care integration, this paper established the index system, model and calculation method of the coupling coordination degree of rural revitalization and medical and health care integration, and analyzed the coupling coordination degree of 17 prefecture‐level cities in Anhui Province. The results of the study show that: Hefei city's rural revitalization and medical‐nursing combination are in good coordination; Anqing and Wuhu cities' rural revitalization and medical‐nursing combination are barely in coordination; 8 cities including Huangshan, Xuancheng, Maanshan, Chuzhou, Liu'an, Bengbu, Chaohu and Fuyang are in mild dissonance; 4 cities including Chizhou, Tongling, Huainan and Suizhou are in moderate dissonance. The combination of rural revitalization and medical and health care in Bozhou and Huaibei cities are in serious and extreme disorders respectively.
