A RESEARCH ON THE CULTIVATION MODE OF UNDERGRADUATES' EMPLOYMENT COMPETITIVENESS
摘要
In order to adapt to the huge changes in the domestic talent demand and improve the employment competitiveness of undergraduates, this work proposes a new training model for undergraduates. By increasing the graduation design time of undergraduates, participating in the research of mentor projects as early as possible, the innovative thinking ability, practical skills and comprehensive quality of undergraduates can be comprehensively improved for strengthening innovative experiments and practices, thus the competitiveness of undergraduates in employment recruitment can be enhanced.
