THE REALISTIC DILEMMA AND PATH CHOICE OF URBAN MODERN AGRICULTURE EMPOWERED BY SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

摘要


China has entered a new stage of development characterized by urban and rural integration of high-quality development, which has endowed new connotations to the development of urban modern agriculture. Promoting science and technology innovation to empower high-energy level urban modern agriculture has both a logic of necessity and a logic of reality. Science and technology innovation empowerment is the foundation, driving force and key to urban modern agriculture, and science and technology innovation empowerment of urban modern agriculture is effective. However, under the wave of the new science and technology revolution and the visionary strategic goal of agricultural and rural modernization 2035, there are still problems such as mismatch between science and technology innovation and the current scientific research governance system, mismatch between science and technology transformation capacity and practical development, mismatch between the supply of agricultural science and technology innovation talents and demand, and disconnect between the theory and practice of science and technology innovation, which have become bottlenecks limiting the development of high-energy urban modern agriculture. Based on the review and analysis of the development of modern urban agriculture enabled by science and technology innovation, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions, such as improving the training of modern urban agriculture talents, improving the ability of transforming scientific and technological achievements, and practicing the development of modern urban agriculture enabled by digital technology, so as to promote the high-quality development of science and technology innovation-enabled urban modern agriculture.
