乳羊搾乳室廢水厭氣處理

Anaerobic Treatment of Wastewater in Dairy Goat Milking Parlor

摘要


本試驗為探討乳羊場搾乳室廢水以厭氣處理之效率。乳羊場榨乳室每天擠乳二次清洗榨乳機後所排出之廢水,為羊場主要廢水來源,每日廢水產生量以12頭份榨乳機組約有1.2〜1.5 m^3。原廢水之水質性狀pH、BOD、COD及SS濃度分別為7.8±1.6、722±177 mg /L、1,413±366 mg/L及358±132 mg/L。本試驗採用厭氣消化槽進行處理效率評估,其水力停留時間分為HRT-3.5天、HRT-7天及HRT-14天等三種處理。試驗結果顯示原廢水經HRT-3.5天(第二階段)、HRT 7天(第一階段和第二階段之平均)及HRT-14天(第一階段)處理後的pH分別為6.8〜7.2、6.3〜7.4及6.5〜7.0之間,BOD分別為113±30 mg/L、70±27 mg/L及41±10 mg/L,COD分別為246±89 mg/L、183±68 mg/L及119±22 mg/L,SS分別為65±18 mg/L、63±23 mg/L及54±7 4mg/L。原廢水經HRT-3.5天、HRT-7天及HRT-14天之厭氣消化,對BOD之去除效率分別為82.9%、90.0%及95.0%,對COD分別為82.2%、87.2%及91.9%,對SS分別為85.5%、77.5%及78.1%。結果顯示乳羊搾乳室排放廢水經HRT-14天處理後水質最穩定、可以符合排放水標準。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of anaerobic treatment for the wastewater from dairy goat milking parlor. One of the main sources of wastewater in dairy goat farm is the routine cleaning of milking machine in milking parlor. The total volume of wastewater from a milking parlor with 12 sets of teat cups was estimated to be 1.2 to 1.5 m^3 daily. The pH, BOD, COD and SS of original wastewater were 7.8±1.6, 722±177 mg/L, 1,413±366 mg/L and 358±132 mg/L, respectively. In this experiment, three hydraulic retention times (HRT) for wastewater in anaerobic digester, i.e. HRT 3.5 day (0.20 BOD kg/m^3.d), HRT 7 day (0.10 BOD kg/m^3.d) and HRT 14 day (0.06 BOD kg/m^3.d) were used. The results showed that the pH, BOD, COD and SS of the effluent in treatments of HRT 3.5 day (phase 2), HRT 7 day (the average of phase 1 and phase 2) and HRT 14 day (phase 1) were 6.8~7.2, 6.3~7.4 and 6.5~7.0; 113±30 mg/L, 70±27 mg/L and 41±10 mg/L; 246±89 mg/L, 183±68 mg/L and 119±22 mg/L; and 65±18 mg/L, 47±12 mg/L and 54±7 mg/L, respectively. The removal efficiencies of BOD, COD and SS in milking parlor wastewater after 3.5 days, 7 days and 14 days of hydraulic retention time were 82.9%, 90.0% and 95.0%; 82.2%, 87.2% and 91.9%; and 85.5%, 77.5% and 78.1%, respectively. The results indicated that anaerobic treatment is applicable to dairy goat milking parlor wastewater, and the 14 days of hydraulic retention time in anaerobic digester is sufficient for the treatment of wastewater from dairy goat milking parlor.
