玉米─高粱酒粕青貯料餵飼閹公乳羊對其生長性能及經濟效益之分析

採用16頭離乳1個月左右，約四月齡之阿爾拜因閹公乳羊，逢機分為兩組，每組兩重複，每重複四頭，分置於群飼欄。試驗組餵予玉米─高粱酒粕青貯料與苜蓿粒，而對照組則餵予玉米、大豆粕為主的精料與苜蓿粒，飼養試驗進行五個月。兩組山羊平均每日增重分別為0.118及0.137 kg，其組間沒有差異存在。在飼料乾物質採食量及飼料效率方面，兩組分別為1.01 kg、8.56 vs. 1.06 kg、7.74，同樣無組間差異存在。在每增重一公斤之飼料成本方面，試驗組為54.6元，而對照組為66.8元，兩組間有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。在活體消化試驗方面，兩組山羊並無組間差異存在。分析兩組山羊血液生化值結果，試驗組與對照組之麩胺酸草醯乙酸轉胺酶（GOT）、血中尿素氮（BUN）、血清蛋白、鈣及總磷方面，兩組亦均無統計差異存在。在屠體評估方面，試驗組與對照組之屠體冷藏損失率、屠宰率、精肉率及體脂肪率分別為4.3％、55.6％、66.5％、14.2％ vs. 3.7％、56.4％、67.6％、12.4％，其組間亦無差異存在。在生產每公斤精肉之飼料成本方面，兩組分別為147.1元及175.2元，兩組間有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。

A total of sixteen castrated weaned Alpine goats were randomly allocated into two groups that were fed either with corn-sorghum distillers grain silage and alfalfa pellet, or with concentrate and alfalfa pellets. Results showed that there were no significant differences in the average daily dry matter intake, the average daily weight gain or feed efficiency between two treatments. The cost of per kg live weight gain of goat fed with corn-sorghum distillers grain silage were significantly lower than that with concentrate ration (54.6 vs 66.8 N.T. dollars) (P ＜ 0.05). As to the nutrient digestibility and blood parameters, there were neither differences in the organic matter, nitrogen, NDF and ADF digestibility, nor differences in the value of GOT、BUN、protein、calcium or phosphorus between the two rations. There were also in difference on the percentage of lost in carcass chilled processed, dressing percentage, lean meat percentage or fat percentage of carcass between two rat ions. The cost of per kg meat production of goat fed with corn sorghum distiller grain silage was significantly lower than that in concentrate ration (147.1 vs 175.2 N.T. dollars) respectively.
