不同草酸鹽含量之狼尾草餵飼黃牛及山羊之比較

摘要

本試驗的目的在探討狼尾草台畜草二號（對照）與品系7439的草酸鹽含量及進一步瞭解對肉牛、羊飼養的影響。參試之土壤化學性質，所測之土壤同屬中性，有機質高，有效性磷偏低及鉀、交換性鈣及鎂、錳與鐵含量適中。試驗結果指出，飼養黃牛與山羊之狼尾草草酸鹽含量，均以狼尾草品系7439（27.5；26.6 mg/g DM）較台畜草二號高（14.4；19.2 mg/g DM）；餵飼狼尾草之黃牛糞便中的水分含量，以餵飼狼尾草品系7439者水分含量下降較多。飼養黃牛與山羊之狼尾草，糞便中的草酸鹽含量均以餵飼狼尾草品系7439（2.95；3.41 mg/g DM）者較狼尾草台畜草二號高（1.94；1.68 mg/g DM）。參試動物血液中鈣、鎂離子濃度，黃牛與山羊均以餵飼狼尾草品系7439者之血液中鈣離子濃度較低，而鎂離子濃度並無差異。

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different oxalate contents of napiergrass fed to yellow cattle and goats. The soil of napiergrass plots had middle pH value, high content of organic matter, low content of available phosphorus, and moderate contents of available potassium, exchangeable calcium, magnesium, manganese and iron. Napiergrass line 7439 (27.5; 26.6 mg/g DM) had higher oxalate content than did napiergrass cv. TLG2 (14.4 ; 19.2 mg/g DM). The water contents of animal feces of yellow cattle and goats fed with napiergrass line 7439 were lower than those fed with napiergrass cv. TLG2. The oxalate contents of animal feces of yellow cattle and goats fed with napiergrass line 7439 (2.95; 3.41 mg/g DM) were higher than those fed with napergrass cv. TLG2 (1.94; 1.68 mg/g DM). In addition, the concentrations of calcium ion in the blood of yellow cattle and goats fed with napiergrass line 7439 was lower than those fed with napergrass cv. TLG2. However, the concentrations of magnesium ion in the blood of yellow cattle and goats fed with napiergrass cv. TLG2 and line 7439 were not significantly different.
