溶磷菌對牧草生長及植體磷含量的影響

Effects of phosphate-solubilizing microorganism on growth and phosphorus content of Pangolagrass and Napiergrass

摘要


以溶磷菌Bacillus pumillu與Bacillus sp.施用於盆栽盤固草A254與狼尾草7439,探討對牧草生長、植體磷含量及土壤有效性磷含量的影響。試驗結果顯示,施用溶磷菌有促進牧草株高、鮮草及乾物產量、粗蛋白質含量、植體磷含量與土壤有效性磷含量的效果,但對莖徑、中酸洗纖維含量(NDF, ADF)並無影響。另以Bacillus pumillu菌液稀釋成不同倍率,施用於田間栽培盤固草A254與狼尾草7439,結果顯示,稀釋250與500倍,有促進盤固草與狼尾草株高、鮮草及乾物產量、粗蛋白質含量與植體磷含量,但對莖徑、中洗、酸洗瀸維與土壤有效性磷含量並無影響。施用Bacillus pumillu對牧草生產的經濟效益評估,以稀釋500倍的菌液為推薦量施用,可增產乾物產量、植體粗白質乾物產量與植體磷乾物產量,符合經濟效益。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of phosphate-solubilizing microorganism Bacillus pumillu and Bacillus sp. on the growth and phosphorus content of Pangolagrass A254 and Napiergrass 7439 in pot culture. The results showed that Bacillus pumillu and Bacillus sp. can improve grasses height, yield, crude protein, phosphorus content of grasses and available phosphorus content in pot soil. But the growth of grasses stem diameter, neutral and acid detergent fiber were not different significantly. The effects of different concentration of Bacillus pumillu on the growth and phosphorus content of Pangolagrass A254 and Napiergrass 7439 in field culture were also investigated. Data showed that Bacillus pumillu diluted 250x and 500x had effects on increasing grasses height, yield, crude protein, and phosphorus content but they had no effect on grasses stem diameter, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber or available phosphorus content of soil. Bacillus pumillu diluted 500x had economical advantage on increasing dry matter, crude protein and phosphorus yield of grasses.
