高床鵝舍飼養密度對肉鵝生長性能之影響

本試驗之目的乃探討白羅曼肉鵝在高床舍飼環境下,涼季和熱季之最適飼養密度。選用白羅曼鵝兩批共108隻,於涼季和熱季各一批供試。試驗分為三組,每組三重覆,各組之飼養密度分別為每欄(5m^2)4、6和8隻,即0.8、1.2和1.6隻/m^2,公母各半。試驗期間每二週測定肉鵝的個別體重、飼料消耗量和飼料轉換率。13週齡試驗結束時,每欄屠宰公母鵝各一隻,測定屠宰率、胸肉重、腹脂重及屠體各部位重量。試驗結果顯示,涼季時肉鵝於各週齡體重均以飼養密度4隻/5m^2組顯著較8隻/5m^2組重(P<0.01);熱季肉鵝體重則以4隻/5m^2組有較重的趨勢,但肉鵝各週齡各組間均無顯著差異。飼料消耗量方面,兩季肉鵝各組間均無顯著差異,而飼料轉換率則以熱季較涼季佳,惟各組間則無顯著差異。在屠體方面,不論涼季或熱季,各組間之屠宰率、胸肉重均無顯著差異。在高床環境下,不論涼季或熱季,基於增重、飼料消耗量和飼料轉換率考量,以6隻/5m^2組以下較佳,惟大面積飼養則需進一步探討。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of stocking density on the growth performance of geese raised in a slat floor house under the hot and the cool season. Each batch of geese for each season were individually divided into A, B, C three groups and three replicates each. The stocking density of the A, B, C groups were 4, 6, 8 geese/5 m^2, respectively. The results showed that the body weight of the A group was significantly (P < 0.01) higher than that of the C group under cool season, but no difference between A and C groups was found under hot season. Under the two seasons, there were no difference on the feed consumption or feed conversion rate among the three groups. No difference among the three groups in the breast meat weight was found in the geese under two seasons. In conclusion, geese raised in the stocking density of 6 geese/5 m^2 and on a slat floor house was recommended when considering the body weight, feed consumption and feed conversion rate.
