The concept, research and implication of resilient leadership in principals

摘要


校長領導乃是有效能學校的重要關鍵。本文旨在探討校長韌性領導的相關概念、研究與啟示。首先,闡述校長韌性領導相關概念;其次,則分析校長韌性領導相關實證研究;最後,則據以提出未來有關校長韌性領導實務推展與研究的建議,分別為:(1)善用校長培育歷程,提升韌性領導知能;(2)籌組校長專業社群,學習韌性領導實務;(3)研發韌性提升策略,提供校長專業實踐;(4)彰顯校長領導彈性,降低韌性領導困境;(5)採取適當研究方法,探究韌性領導效益。

Principal leadership is a key to an effective school. This article aims to explore the relevant concept, research, and implications of resilient leadership in principals. First, the authors elaborate the concept of the principal resilient leadership, followed by analyzing the empirical research of principal resilient leadership. Finally, the authors provide some implications for implementation and future research of principal resilient leadership in Taiwan: (1) Making good use of the principal's preparation and development to enhance the knowledge and skills of resilient leadership; (2) Building principal professional communities to cognize resilient leadership practices; (3) Developing resilience improvement strategies to provide principals for professional practices; (4) Demonstrating the flexibility to reduce resilient leadership dilemmas; (5) Adopting appropriate research methods to explore the benefits of resilient leadership.
