心理劇導演治療理路經驗脈絡歷程之研究

A Experiential Study of Director's Therapeutic Thinking Context in Psychodrama

摘要


本研究旨在了解導演治療理路脈絡的經驗以及置身結構。本研究之邀請對象採立意取樣的方式,邀請三位具有美國團體心理治療及心理劇學會之心理劇導演或訓練師資格者為研究受訪對象。研究者針對這三位導演的導劇歷程擬出訪談大綱並進行訪談,根據訪談內容,研究者撰寫導演導劇之經驗描述文,此為本研究之文本。本研究以詮釋現象學作為研究取向,資料分析方法則是以李維倫與賴憶嫺(2009)所提之現象學分析步驟,藉由文本進入這三位導演的經驗現象,進而形構出心理劇導演治療理路脈絡之置身結構。透過本研究,能從導演治療理路脈絡的經驗中,解明心理劇導演治療理路脈絡的經驗現象,藉本研究使得學習心理劇導演者可更了解導演導劇過程中其背後想法到介入的思考脈絡,有助於學習心理劇導演。

This study was aimed to understand the experience of the directors' therapeutic thinking context and their situated structure in psychodrama. Three directors were invited by purposive sampling. They are certified by the American Group Psychotherapy Association and the Taiwanese Association of Psychodrama. All of them have more than fifteen years of experience practicing psychodrama therapy. The three directors were interviewed based on a researcher-developed interview guide. Using the interview contents, the researcher prepared a transcript based on the directors' experiences of leading psychodrama. This study took a phenomenological orientation and used analysis methods based on the steps proposed by Li and Lai (2009). By looking through the lens of the three directors, the researcher constituted the directors' therapeutic thinking context and their situated structure in psychodrama. Through this study, we can better understand the directors' phenomenological experiences when doing psychodrama, which can help future psychodrama directors' training.
