心理劇主角受苦困局經驗轉化歷程研究

A Study of the Transformation Process of a Protagonist's Predicaments Experience in Psychodrama

摘要


本研究目的在了解心理劇主角在做劇中受苦困局經驗轉化歷程。本研究透過招募自願成員成立此心理劇研究團體,每次團體經由導演的暖身後產生主角。研究者於每次主角進行心理劇時從旁錄音錄影紀錄做劇歷程。並在團體結束後將對話內容謄為逐字稿,形成研究的文本及分析依據,之後再以詮釋現象學作為本研究的研究取向,採用李維倫(2004,2007)「置身所在」的概念,並使用交談分析步驟進行資料分析。分析後本研究發現心理劇主角受苦困局經驗轉化歷程可以分為六個階段,而研究者也在五位主角的分析中發現五種特殊的經驗轉化歷程。最後研究者對照其他心理劇歷程相關文獻進行綜合討論,並提出實務及未來研究上的建議。透過本研究,我們可以了解主角是如何經歷受苦困局並展開經驗轉化,期待在未來在心理劇的實作上能更有效的幫助主角。

This study was aimed to understand the transformation process of a protagonist's predicaments experience in psychodrama. The study recruited voluntary members to participate in a psychodrama group. Each time the group produced a protagonist through the director's warm-up. Each group session was video-recorded. At the end, the researcher turned the group dialogue into a verbatim script to form the text of the study. The study adopted interpretive phenomenology as research orientation, using the concept of "situatedness" of Li (2004; 2007), and using conversation analysis steps to analyze the data. The findings suggested that the protagonist's predicaments experience transformation in psychodrama can be divided into six stages. The researcher also discovered five special experiences in the transformation process based on the analysis of the five protagonists. At the end, the researcher conducted a comprehensive discussion with other literature related to psychodrama drama, and put forward practical and future research ideas. Through this study, we can understand how the protagonist's predicaments experience transformation in psychodrama. The findings are expected to be used to more effectively help protagonists in the future in the practice of psychodrama drama.
