精神科日間病房心理劇團體成員之生命故事敘說研究

A Study of Life Story Narratives of Psychodrama Group Members in a Psychiatric Day Ward

摘要


本研究旨在了解日間病房心理劇團體成員生命故事、再次檢視演出生命片段之收穫及持續參與心理劇團體對其的幫助。研究期間自2020年5月至7月,於彰化醫院精神醫學部進行六次的心理劇團體,以錄影及半結構式質性訪談來獲取生命片段文本、演繹生命片段後的收穫及參與心理劇團體對其影響。研究採敘事研究法。研究結果呈現六份動人生命故事;透過心理劇團體,病友重新將過去生命片段呈現在舞台上;藉由導演的引導、團體的陪伴與見證,在安全的時空下,再次向世人敘說失落;重新展演的可能,為精神病友們帶來療癒;除對過去的事件有新的感受之外,也提升自我成長及復健工作參與等面向。研究結果說明心理劇探索生命故事及持續參與心理劇,皆讓病友有整合性的宣洩、獲得滿足於未竟/未來情境的演出、以及提升自我覺察與反思。探索生命故事的演出讓病友獲角色訓練、自我賦能等收穫;而持續參加心理劇則讓病友感受到支持性的普同感,自我成長的提升,更有一位病友表示心理劇能幫助其復健工作的參與。

The purpose of this study is to understand the group members' life stories of the day ward psychodrama, to re-examine the gains of performing the life episodes, and to examine the benefits of continued participation in the psychodrama group.During the study period from May to July 2020, six psychodrama groups were conducted in the Department of Psychiatry at Changhua Hospital. Video recordings and semi-structured qualitative interviews were used to obtain the texts of the life stories, the gains from performing the life stories, and the impact of participating in the psychodrama groups. The study adopts the narrative research method. The results of the study present six moving life stories. Through the psychodrama group, the patients re-presented their life fragments on stage, and through the guidance of the director and the company and witness of the group, they can tell the world about their loss and the possibility of reenactment in a safe space and time. In addition to gaining new insights, the program also promotes self-growth and participation in rehabilitation work. The results of the study suggest that psychodrama exploration of life stories and ongoing participation in psychodrama provide patients with integrated catharsis, a performance that satisfies unfinished/future situations, and increases self-awareness and reflection. The exploration of life stories provides role training and self-empowerment, while the ongoing participation in psychodrama provides a sense of support and empathy, enhance self-growth, and one patient report that psychodrama helps him participate in rehabilitation work.
