田口直交表數學理論建構暨電腦工具箱之研發

The Mathematical Theory Construction of Taguchi Orthogonal Arrays and The Development of GUI Toolbox

摘要


田口品質工程主要是一種用於控制品質的系統工程,是田口玄一於1950年代,利用簡單的直交表方式,進行實驗設計與簡潔的變異數分析,可以將整體的實驗轉化,以合理的少量具有局部最佳化的實驗數據進行分析,所得到的實驗結果,除了可以呈現高再現性之外,同時也可以有效地提昇產品的品質。但是在使用田口直交表時,往往必須根據系統的準位及因子的個數,選擇所需要要得直交表。此時則必須查詢現存的田口直交表以做為匹配,但是往往會和原始的構想產生落差,無法查詢到合適的直交表。因此本文首先提出植基於建構直交表的數學模式,將田口方法的常用直交表加以整理後列出,接著利用直交表的數學定義,提出相對應的數學分析模式,同時驗證已經存在的直交表,進而提出不存在直交表,做為系統分析的參考。最後利用VB語言,研發出產生直交表的GUI電腦工具箱,做為得到研究實所需要的田口直交表。

The Taguchi method is mainly a kind of system engineering for controlling quality. It was developed by Taguchi in the 1950s. Using a simple orthogonal arrays method, the experimental design and the simple variation analysis can transform the whole experiment into a minimun amount. The obtained experimental results can not only exhibit high reproducibility, but also effectively improve the quality of the product. However, when using the Taguchi orthogonal arrays, it is often necessary to select the matched orthogonal arrays that based on the system's level and the number of factors. It can find that existing Taguchi orthogonal arrays have a slight gap with the original idea, and it is difficult to find a suitable orthogonal array. Therefore, the paper based on the mathematical model of constructing the orthogonal arrays, to list the commonly used orthogonal arrays in Taguchi method, and uses the proposed mathematical model to verify its applicability, and also present looks like but it is non-existing orthogonal arrays. Finally, to develop a GUI computer toolbox by VB language that can create the orthogonal arrays that we want.
