花蓮東大門夜市顧客滿意度分析之研究

The Research on Customer Satisfaction Analysis in Hualien Dongdamen Night Market

摘要


本文主要的目的是透過問卷調查,了解消費者對花蓮東大門夜市滿意度。問卷內容分為顧客基本資料及顧客滿意度調查二個部份。其中顧客滿意度調查設計為產品、價格、關懷性及有形性四個構面,再由四個構面衍伸出19個問項。研究方法採用傳統的統計學方式,包括敘述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析。經過實證的結果得到19個問項中,消費者滿意度最高者的前三項為產品具地方特色、美食具有多樣化及店家服務人員態度。而在滿意度的後三項為夜市娛樂設施、夜市娛樂設施的價格及夜市產品價格的合理性。同時也從結果中發現只有收入項是最呈顯著,而其他諸如性別、年齡及職業皆不顯著,表示夜市是受到普羅大眾的喜愛。

The main purpose of the article is to understand consumers' satisfaction in Hualien Dongdamen Night Market through questionnaire survey. The content of the questionnaire is divided into two parts: basic customer information and customer satisfaction survey. Among them, the customer satisfaction survey is designed as four facets of product, price, care and tangibility, which is called 4P, and 19 questions are derived from the four facets. The research method adopts statistical method, including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, independent sample t test and single factor analysis of variance. The practical results show that among the 19 items, the top three items with the highest consumer satisfaction are the products with local characteristics, the variety of food, and the attitude of store service personnel. The last three items of satisfaction are night market entertainment facilities, the price of night market entertainment facilities and the rationality of night market product prices. At the same time, it is also found from the results that only the income item is the most significant, while other items such as gender, age and occupation are not significant, indicating that the night market is loved by the general public.
