Under the threat of criminal globalization, how to join forces to combat and prevent the increasing number of cross-border crimes has become an urgent problem that governments of all countries must face together. Especially in the process of implementing integration in the European field, how to fill in the internal security losses that may be faced due to the comprehensive opening of border control has become a common interest issue of EU member states. To this end, EU member states have created a "Area of freedom, Security and justice", leading countries to develop "judicial and police cooperation in criminal matters", and the Europol cooperation model and legal framework have so far provided sufficient reference for countries to transform their domestic legal systems. The legal system related to European police cooperation is discussed with a view to providing reference for all sectors.
