課外活動輔導人員美感素養、工作滿意度與公民行動特質之關係研究

A study of Causal Models of Aesthetic Competence, Job Satisfaction and Civic Action Characteristics of the Extracurricular Activities Staffs in College

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學課外活動輔導人員美感素養、工作滿意度與公民行動特質之關係。透過任意抽樣法抽取全臺大學、技專校院課外活動輔導人員100人作為研究樣本。透過階層迴歸分析,發現美感素養以及工作滿意度對於公民行動特質的整體解釋力達到50.3%;而以PLS-SEM結構方程式檢測,美感素養對於工作滿意度、公民行動特質有直接影響效果,但工作滿意度對公民行動特質並無影響效果,且在美感素養以及公民行動特質間的中介效果並不存在。此外,透過t檢定發現,有參與藝術相關進修課程的課外活動輔導人員,其美感素養以及公民行動特質皆顯著高於沒有參與藝術相關進修課程者。依據研究結果,研究者建議學校宜多舉辦並鼓勵參與藝文相關活動,提高公民行動特質。

This study aims to investigate the correlation between the aesthetic competence, job satisfaction and civic action characteristics of the extracurricular activities staffs in college. The participants of this study were 100 staffs recruited from the extracurricular activities section in Taiwan by the convenience sampling methods. With hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the aesthetic competence and job satisfaction can predict effectively their civic action characteristics, and the coefficient of determination is 50.3%. Finally, PLS-SEM was used to assess the fit of structural equation models to data, the mediation of the job satisfaction was not examined as a latent variable. With t-test of variance, the staffs who participated in art activities show a significantly higher level in aesthetic competence and civic action characteristics. Based on the results, this study offers the suggestion: caring about and encouraging staffs to take part in art activities that the aesthetic competence and civic action characteristics will improve.
