The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of Club participation motivation on well-being of participators of Student Clubs. With questionnaire survey, student club members of colleges and universities are selected as the research objects in six universities at Tainan city. Total of 324 usable questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1.The relationship between club participation motivation and well-being presented significantly positive correlation. 2. Club participation motivation show significantly positive effect on club student well-being. Finally, specific suggestions, according to the research results, were proposed for colleges and universities and future research.
