马来西亚在线教学的困境与应对策略

The Challenges and Coping Strategies of Online Teaching and Learning in Malaysia

摘要


在线教学指的是教师利用网络与电子设备,以远程的网络教学模式传授知识。资讯与通讯科技融入教育与教学是《马来西亚教育蓝图(2013-2025)》关注的课题之一,近年来教育部积极推广与提升国内的资讯与通讯科技。2020年3月,马来西亚面临新型冠状病毒的重大疫情,政府颁布了全国行动管制令,城乡教师们也在教育部与校方的鼓励下,启动了教育史上首次在线教学的新模式。本文旨在说明在线教学实践中面对的困境:学校管理、教师与学生在线教学中的问题。本文依据目前的现象提出了三个应对策略,即加强学校管理和正视资讯与通讯科技差距、优化教师的素养和提升学生的学习动机,希望能为日后发展在线教学提供参考,推动马来西亚教育模式的创新与改革,迎向未来科技化的教育世界。

Online teaching and learning is latest form of distance education and teachers use various technologies and electronic devices as the media to impart knowledge in a teaching and learning process. Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025 emphasizes on leverage ICT to scale up quality learning across Malaysia, the Ministry of Education has actively promoted and improved information and communication technology in recent years. In March 2020, the Malaysian government announced a Movement Control Order due to the outbreak of Covid-19. With the encouragement of the Ministry of Education and the school management, teachers from urban and rural areas also launched a new online teaching and learning mode for the first time in the history of education of Malaysia. This paper explores various challenges faced by the school management, teachers, and students in the implementation of online teaching and learning. However, the coping strategies for online teaching and learning are strengthen school management and bridging digital divide, optimize the quality of teachers and enhance students' learning motivation. This paper is providing a reference for the future development of online teaching and learning, also promote the innovation and reform of Malaysia's education model.
