上古漢語中的重疊及其演變：ABB式形容詞詞法模式的歷時形成

摘要

AA式疊音詞在上古漢語中已經出現，主要是作爲實詞使用。上古漢語中的疊音詞很多在後代消失了，有的作爲習語的組成部分保留下來，有的在後來發展爲複合詞的組成部分，有的進一步發生了詞法化，變成了形容詞的詞綴。重疊形式變爲形容詞詞綴並廣泛使用是唐代以後的事。本文主要討論ABB式形容詞詞法模式的歷時形成過程及機制，並指出其中的疊音後綴從性質上看屬於評價性形態，具有較强的主觀性。考察評價性形態的形成與演變是漢語語法化研究的一個獨特的待開展的方面。

Reduplication forms (AA forms) occurred in Old Chinese, which functioned as content words. Some of them disappeared at a later stage, some others became the component of idioms, and still others became component of compounds which further became affix through the process of morphologization. This paper explores the process and mechanisms of the evolution of ABB pattern for adjectives. The reduplication affix in the pattern belongs to evaluative morphology in nature, having strong subjectivity. Studying on the origin and change of evaluative morphology should be a promising and especially needed aspect in the grammaticalization research of Chinese.
