摘要

順應聯合國在2015年宣布2030永續發展目標的指標性議題，臺北市公園綠地整建工程，透過極端氣候因應、都市景觀與通用化、自然生態經營、歷史人文探究、跨域公民參與等五面向，採行更有系統的行動手法，提升公園防災韌性、通用化、生態化、並落實公民參與精神及融入歷史人文色彩等行動，達成永續發展目標中的SDG 11永續城鄉、SDG 13氣候行動及SDG 15保育陸域生態等目標，除提供臺北市民更加優質的休憩環境外，更落實都市區域尺度的永續發展角色。

To achieved the 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs) announced by the United Nations in 2015, the rehabilitating projects of the parks and green files in Taipei based on five policy orientations of climate action, landscape-optimization and universalization, natural ecological management, history-humanities investigation, and cross-participation. The systematic actions to improve the city resilience, universal design, ecologicalization, cross-participation, and the integration of the colors of history and humanities were adopted to guide the city towards sustainable development goals. Among them, the SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, SDG 13: Climate Action and SDG 15: Life on Land were attained. Not only better environments were provided for citizens, but the sustainable role of park and green fields at the scale of urban was practiced.
