Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is one of the most painful symptoms of cancer patients, and the specific pathogenesis of the disease is not known, and may be related to gene expression and signal transmission, skeletal muscle and mitochondrial abnormalities, inflammatory response and immune disorders, cancer itself and its treatment and others. Clinically, non-drug therapy is the main treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a certain advantage in the treatment of CRF.
