摘要

Hoy en día, para muchos educadores, la inclusión del pensamiento crítico en el trabajo de clase representa una necesidad ineludible para una formación completa de la persona que es el estudiante. Pero ¿está preparado el profesor de ELE en China para servir de guía en este proceso? Nuestro trabajo pretende partir de una reflexión acerca de esta pregunta para después ahondar en las mejores maneras para trabajar el pensamiento crítico con alumnos chinos, puesto que creemos que si el docente no empieza por intentar ser él mismo un pensador crítico, que cuestione tanto la influencia de su herencia cultural como su propio proceder, difícilmente podrá ayudar a sus estudiantes a convertirse en pensadores críticos.

Today, for many educators, including critical thinking in class work represents an essential part of students' development and training. But, is the teacher of ELE in China trained to serve as a guide in this process? Our work is based on a desire to understand how to deepen the best ways to promote critical thinking with Chinese students, since we believe that if the teacher doesn't begin by trying to be a critical thinker himself, questioning both the influence of his own cultural heritage and his own way of action, he can hardly help his students to become critical thinkers themselves.
