In recent years, there are studies on the fit of organizational environment, corporate culture, leadership values and other aspects from employees' viewpoints. However, there are few studies on the fit of work ability based on employees' own subjective perception, especially on compensation behaviors of in employees' active learning skills or making up for their own faults. This study will explore the impact of employees' work ability perception on self-compensation behavior, with mediating variables of work pressure perception and work cost perception, and with moderating variables of employee mobility and work-flow experience. 450 designed questionnaires would be distributed on the spot by random sampling to the employees of one industrial Group in Fujian Province, China.
