新冠肺炎防疫期間到院前救護勤務的消毒問題分析與建議

摘要

新冠肺炎疫情自2019年12月26日被發現後於全球大為流行，而台灣也在2021年5月開始出現疫情爆發的狀況。由於疑似病例的不斷增加，負責病患運送工作的各地消防員也因此工作量大增。同時，因案件過於頻繁，導致原本充裕的消毒時間變得捉襟見肘，讓許多消防員開始反思現有消毒流程與消毒劑之使用方式。本文根據近年國內外文獻，嘗試解釋既有消毒流程中各階段動作之緣由，同時給予消毒流程改進之建議。

The spread of COVID-19 has become global pandemic since 2020. The quick outbreak events have been causing confirmed cases in local communities in Taiwan. Due to the increasing number of suspected cases, the workload of local firefighters responsible for patient transportation has also increased significantly. The frequent confirmed case transportation jobs also increase the frequency of disinfection procedures and decrease the disinfection time between cases. In this situation, firefighter-EMTs in Taiwan have begun to criticize current disinfection procedures that may need to be modified. This article attempts to explain the reasons for the various stages of the existing disinfection procedures, and at the same time gives suggestions for improvement of the disinfection procedures.
