伦理价值因素对人力资本形成和发挥的影响研究-基于新教伦理的视角

The Research on the Influence of Ethical Value on the Formation and Exertion of Human Capital - Based on the Perspective of Protestant Work Ethic

摘要


面对经济步入“新常态”,中国可以使用的年轻劳动力逐年在下降。要在劳动人口规模下降的情况下,继续保持中国经济平稳的发展,企业和社会对于人力资本的提升就显得尤为关键。本文通过新教伦理对于人力资本形成和发挥的论述,发现在新教伦理中具有四种人力资本的功能,即:激发了人们在企业工作的积极态度、倡导员工克制与节俭、培植了企业家精神并孕育了企业家和促使教育的普及并激发人们学习专业技术的热情。本文的研究结果可供学界和业界借鉴从伦理价值的角度来提升现有的企业员工人力资本。

In the face of the economy into the "new normal" phase, China can use the young labor force every year on the decline. To continue to maintain the stable development of China's economy, the improvement of human capital is particularly important in the case of the decline of labor population size. This paper discusses the formation and development of human capital through the protestant work ethics. It is found that four kinds of human capital in the protestant work ethics: stimulating the positive attitude of people in the enterprise, promoting the employee restraint and thrift, cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit and the popularization of entrepreneurs , promoting education and stimulating the enthusiasm of people to learn the professional technology. The research results of this paper can be used to enhance the human capital of the existing enterprise employees from the perspective of ethical value.
