台北市青年旅館室內空氣品質現況調查之研究

A study on the status of indoor Air Quality in taipei city youth hostels

摘要


近年來,隨著陸客自由行解禁與廉價航空帶來的國外背包客族群,讓台灣各地出現不少新型態的青年旅館與新興各類風格的住宿型態,而台灣在大多數的研究均針對辦公室人員、學校及商場等室內空氣品質做為研究對象,少有以旅館、膠囊旅館、青年旅館等場所作為研究對象。因此本研究的主要目的在調查台北市青年旅館室內空氣品質現況,經蒐集資料、整理相關文獻資料及透過量化的結果分析,來探討台北市青年旅館室內空氣品質良莠、污染物來源與是否符合目前法規標準,提供未來青年旅館業者裝修設計參考與管理進而提升旅館室內空氣品質。本研究針對二間青年旅館進行CO_2、甲醛、TVOC、PM_(2.5)及PM_(10)之實測,其結果A旅館全室無窗空間案例甲醛、TVOC濃度量測結果濃度值超過法定標準,B旅館B1大廳CO_2、甲醛、TVOC濃度量測結果濃度值超過法定標準,B2客房無窗居室甲醛濃度量測結果濃度值超過法定標準,檢測濃度值有明顯差異,結果發現建材、通風、人流量有著相對之影響關係,這是造成室內空氣污染的來源。據本研究提出改善策略,檢討空調及新風系統的通風路徑及場所人數管理,由通風換氣及源頭控管來改善,降低室內空氣污染物的整體濃度,有效達到室內空氣品質之改善,維護旅客健康、提高良好的居住環境。

In recent years, along with the guest free lu ban foreign backpackers, low-cost airlines and let all over Taiwan appeared many new kind of hostel accommodation type and the emerging of various kinds of style, and Taiwan in most studies on indoor air quality, such as the office personnel schools and shopping centers as the research object, rare in the hotel or youth hostel etc as the research object. So the main purpose of this study was to investigate the research status of Taipei city youth hostel indoor air quality, and by collecting data field measurement and organizing relevant literature, to explore the Taipei city youth hostel standard of indoor air quality is in line with the current laws and regulations, provide youth hostel owners decorate a design reference in the future This study aimed at two youth hostel between CO_2 formaldehyde TVOC The measured results of PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) showed that the concentration of formaldehyde TVOC in the windowless room of Hotel A exceeded the legal standard, and that the CO_2 formaldehyde in the B1 hall of Hotel B The TVOC concentration measurement results exceeded the legal standard, and the formaldehyde concentration measurement results of windowless rooms in B2 rooms exceeded the legal standard. The detection results showed significant differences in the concentration values. The results showed that the ventilation of building materials had a relative influence on the flow of people, which was the source of indoor air pollution According to this study, the improvement strategy is put forward to review the ventilation path of air conditioning and fresh air system and the management of the number of people in the place, so as to reduce the overall concentration of indoor air pollutants and effectively improve the indoor air quality, maintain the health of passengers and improve the good living environment.
