校園建築室內外地坪材料止滑度調查:以中原大學為例

The Slip Resistance of Indoor and Outdoor Floor Materials in Campus Buildings: A Case Study of Chung Yuan Christian University

摘要


衛福部統計資料顯示,2019年事故傷害死亡人數為6640人,高居國人死因第6名。就事故傷害死因統計,因跌倒、滑倒造成的死亡率比上一年增加,其中滑倒而受傷的年齡別中1-24歲幼年至青年居首位。學生族群每天大部份的時間都在校園內學習知識、培養技能,因此校園發生事故傷害的頻率較高,其中跌倒事故可能由滑倒、絆倒、或其他原因產生,但各國的研究都指出,有超過三分之二的跌倒是滑倒所造成的,所以滑倒危害預防是跌倒危害防制的首要工作。滑倒與個人及場地等多項因素皆有關,因此為降低滑倒之潛在危險性,提升地面材料之防滑性能即為較易掌握之關鍵要素。本研究以實驗法,採用英式擺錘儀(British Pendulum Skid,BPST),針對中原大學校園創校第一棟及主校區最新的樓館(中原大學懷恩樓及維澈樓),就其室內、室外、半室外空間之地坪材料進行止滑度測試,研究共採計前述空間之19種地坪材料,分別測試在乾燥及潮濕情況下之止滑度。研究發現:室內空間地坪材料9種,在乾燥情況下,止滑度最高的是人造纖維地毯,最低則是花磚,而在潮濕情況下,止滑度最高依然是人造纖維地毯,最低則是拋光石英磚;室外空間地坪材料5種,在乾燥情況下止滑度最高是磁磚;最低是止滑磚,而在潮濕情況下,止滑度最高的是實木戶外地板;最低卻是是磁磚(於乾燥情況下止滑度最高)。半室外地坪材料5種,無論在乾燥或潮濕情況下,止滑度最高者是除泥地毯,最低者為磨石子磚。

Statistics from the Ministry of Health and Welfare show that the number of deaths from accidents in 2019 was 6,640, which is the sixth highest cause of death in the country. According to statistics on the causes of accidents and injuries, the death rate due to falls and slips has increased over the previous year. Therefore, the frequency of accidents and injuries on campus is relatively high. Or other reasons, but studies in various countries have pointed out that more than two-thirds of falls are caused by slips. Therefore, prevention of slip hazards is the primary task of fall hazard prevention. Slipping is related to many factors such as the individual and the venue. Therefore, in order to reduce the potential risk of slipping, improving the anti-slip performance of the flooring is a key element that is easier to grasp. This research uses an experimental method and uses the (British Pendulum Skid, BPST) to focus on the two oldest and newest buildings on the university campus (Huaien Building and Weiche Building, Zhongyuan University). , Semi-outdoor space and outdoor space flooring are tested for antislip degree. A total of 19 types of flooring from the aforementioned spaces were studied and tested for anti-slip degree under dry and wet conditions. The study found that there are 9 kinds of flooring for indoor spaces. In dry conditions, the highest skid resistance is man-made fiber carpets, and the lowest is tile. In wet conditions, the highest skid resistance is still man-made fiber carpets, and the lowest is Polished quartz tiles; 5 kinds of outdoor space flooring. In dry conditions, the highest anti-slip degree is ceramic tiles; the lowest is anti-slip tiles, and in wet conditions, the highest skid resistance is solid wood outdoor flooring; the lowest is Ceramic tiles (the highest degree of slip resistance in dry conditions). There are 5 types of semi-outdoor flooring. No matter in dry or wet conditions, the highest slip resistance is the mud-removing carpet, and the lowest is the grindstone brick.
