新冠肺炎識能模式的驗證-新冠肺炎知識、自覺健康與防疫自我效能的影響

The Verification of COVID-19 Literacy Model: The Impact of COVID-19 Knowledge, Conscious Health and Epidemic Prevention Self-Efficacy

摘要


新冠肺炎的大流行造成台灣的疫情擴張,因此提升民眾有關新冠肺炎疫苗資訊的健康識能是重要的研究課題。本研究以113位台東地區民眾為研究對象,探討新冠肺炎知識、自覺健康狀況、防疫自我效能對新冠肺炎識能的影響。研究結果發現:(一)台東地區居民對新冠肺炎知識有基本認識,不過對發病或潛伏期等知識還不夠了解;(二)自覺健康對防疫自我效能有正向顯著影響,自覺健康、防疫自我效能對新冠肺炎識能有正向顯著影響;(三)防疫自我效能在新冠肺炎知識對新冠肺炎識能的影響具完全中介效果,在自覺健康對新冠肺炎識能的影響具部分中介效果。根據上述結果,本研究也提出相關建議,以供民眾與政府相關部門的參考。

The pandemic of COVID-19 has caused the expansion of the epidemic in Taiwan, and vaccination is one of the effective ways to prevent the disease. Therefore, it is important to enhance the health literacy of the public regarding vaccine information. In this study, 113 Taitung citizens were surveyed. The results of the study revealed that: (a) Despite the Taitung residents have a understanding of basic COVID-19 knowledge, they do not have enough knowledge of the onset date or incubation period of COVID-19 ; (b) Conscious health had a positive significant effect on epidemic prevention self-efficacy, and conscious health and epidemic prevention self-efficacy both had a positive significant effect on COVID-19 literacy ; (c) Epidemic prevention self-efficacy had a fully mediated effect on the effect of COVID-19 knowledge on COVID-19 literacy, and a partially mediated effect on the effect of conscious health on COVID-19 literacy. Based on the above results, this study finally provides recommendations to the residents and government.
